How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can for weekends, events and airport runs. Same day works too when a car and chauffeur are free.
Can I change or cancel a ride?
Yes. Text or call us. Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup.
Is gratuity included?
You choose gratuity when you book, so nothing is left to settle in the car.
Do you cover weddings and events?
Yes. We plan routes, timing and cars for the full day, from first look to last song.
How many cars do we need?
Usually one car for the couple, one for family, and a Sprinter for every twelve or so guests. We suggest a plan with your quote.
Can you work with our planner?
Yes. Send us their details and we coordinate the timeline with them directly.
What if the day runs late?
We build in buffer, and any extra time is billed at the hourly rate you approved.
